The Scroll of Poison Cloud is a tier 3 conjuration spell. The words on the scroll read "Nebula toxici". When used, the scroll emits a cloud of green in the area around the caster that slowly dissipates. Enemies that come into contact with the cloud are dealt 2-5 poison damage per tick.
A Magic Skill level of 22 is required to use it.
On the 11th Of October, there is another new update along with scroll of Acid Cloud, that using one of those scrolls in duels will not make you wanted. You may use it against your dueling opponent as long as no other no dueling opponent gets hit.
